Hello my name is Judy Johnson and I am here to help you define and develop the management of your personal spending, credit and savings.
First I will listen as you tell me about your personal financial situation and then ask relevant questions to better understand your unique situation. Then I will present you with solutions and processes for you to chose from.
My qualifications:
For over 30 years I have been a mortgage loan consultant and expert in my field. In fact all my business came to me through client referrals and word of mouth which was great for me because I didn't have to put money aside for marketing.
I quickly gained a good reputation for consulting and coaching my clients as needed in order to identify their money weaknesses, develop better credit or maintain their good credit history, and on many occasions reduce their debt.
In this role I spent days – weeks – months, and in a few cases years helping my clients reach their goals.
My skills have been tested and honed out in the real world for the past three decades which means that I am truly able to offer you proven techniques that work.
My past and present interests are:
- Past President HOA Board of Directors
- Past President National Assoc. of Professional Mortgage Women
- Developed and taught a mortgage banking course for Cal State Hayward
- President Board of Directors – Ombudsman Services of San Mateo County, Inc.
- Presentations and workshops for credit and spending habits
- Spending lots of quality time with family and friends
- Theater, movies, travel, playing golf, and watching football
